Dubai FinTech Summit 2026 brings the global finance and technology community to Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on 2 and 3 November. Organised by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the fourth edition runs under the theme “Connecting Markets, Transforming Economies” and is the anchor event of the first Dubai Future Finance Week.
The opening event of Dubai Future Finance Week
This November edition is the biggest yet, and for the first time the summit sits at the centre of something larger. Dubai Future Finance Week runs from 2 to 6 November under the theme “Finance Reimagined: Where innovation meets policy and purpose”, with more than 850 speakers across over 85 sessions and events in venues around the city. The week is held under the patronage of Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and President of DIFC. The FinTech Summit opens it, so many delegates treat these two days as the main event and pick other forums later in the week.
Who is speaking
The 2026 line-up mixes regulators, global bank and asset management leaders and founders. Names announced by the organiser and DIFC include:
- Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC
- Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Authority
- Noel Quinn, Chairman of Julius Baer
- Jenny Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Templeton
- Nicolas Moreau, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Asset Management
- Kentaro Okuda, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nomura Holdings
- Ryan Breslow, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bolt
- Dr Shanu S.P. Hinduja, Chair of S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée
- Fatih Karahan, Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye
Sessions cover the forces reshaping financial services: digital assets and tokenisation, payments, AI in banking, regulation and policy, and how capital moves between markets in the Gulf, Asia, Africa and Europe.
The scale of the event
The organiser expects more than 10,000 business leaders, over 1,000 investors, 300-plus speakers and more than 200 exhibitors and partners from over 120 countries. For comparison, the 2024 edition welcomed more than 8,000 visitors from 118 countries, so this year is the largest yet.
Alongside the conference stages there is an exhibition floor where FinTechs, banks and technology providers show their products, plus the FinTech World Cup pitch competition, where start-ups present to investors and judges. Much of the value for founders comes from the meeting areas and investor networking rather than the keynotes alone.
Who it suits
The summit is built for people working in or around financial services. It is a strong fit for FinTech founders looking for investors or banking partners, executives from banks, payments and asset management firms, investors scouting for deals, and regulators and policymakers following how the region approaches new technology. Several pass types are available, from an exhibition-only pass for the expo floor to conference and VIP passes, including a VIP Investor pass, so check which areas each pass opens before you register.
Making the most of the week
If you are staying on after the summit, the rest of Dubai Future Finance Week is spread across Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, the DIFC Atrium and JW Marriott Hotel Marina. The Future Sustainability Forum, the MENA Banking Excellence Awards and IPEM Future 2026 for private capital all take place on 3 November. The Future Islamic Finance Forum follows on 4 November, and the Dubai Family Wealth Summit, the Investment Leaders Exchange and the Future Tokenisation Forum are on 5 November.
