About this event

Ramy Sabry Live 2026 in Abu Dhabi brings the Egyptian singer to Etihad Arena on Yas Island on Saturday 28 November, in a show billed as The Arab Icon. Doors open at 7:30pm and Ramy Sabry is due on stage at 9pm, with an evening built around his signature sound and the Arabic love songs his fans know by heart. The listing marks it as selling fast.

It is a one-night arena concert, and a chance to hear two decades of romantic Egyptian pop in one of the biggest indoor venues in the UAE.

Who is Ramy Sabry?

Ramy Sabry was born in Cairo on 15 March 1978 and is a singer, actor and multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar and piano. His recording career began in 2006 with Habibi Al Awalany, and he has worked with some of the Arab world’s major labels, including Rotana, Nogoum Records and Mazika.

His catalogue is steady and long. After Habibi Al Awalany came Ghammadt Einy in 2008, then Wana Maah (2013), Agmal Layaly Omry (2015), Al Ragel (2017), Fare2 Ma3ak (2019) and Ma3aya Hatbda3 (2022). He has kept up a fast pace since, with El Nehayet Akhlaa and Ana Gamed Keda Keda both released in 2024, and Ana Bahebak Enta in 2025.

His biggest recent hit is “Ymken Kher” from Ma3aya Hatbda3, which reached number one on the MENA chart and charted in Egypt, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. In 2024 he also featured on “Attraction” on the ETOLUBOV album VSELUBOV, a collaboration outside his usual Arabic pop world.

What to expect from the show

The organisers describe the night simply: Ramy Sabry’s signature sound and beloved Arabic music. His songs are known for expressive vocals and memorable melodies, and his themes are love, memory and the feelings people carry with them, which is why his concerts tend to turn into a long arena-wide sing-along.

A setlist has not been published, but with a catalogue running from 2006 to 2025, the show draws on several generations of fans: those who grew up with his early albums and younger listeners who found him through “Ymken Kher” and his recent releases. Expect the songs to be sung in Egyptian Arabic, and expect the crowd to know a lot of the words.

The 90-minute gap between doors and the show start gives you time to clear security, find your seat and watch the arena fill up before the lights go down.

The venue: Etihad Arena on Yas Island

Etihad Arena opened in January 2021 on the Yas Bay Waterfront and holds up to 18,000 people. It is owned by Miral and operated by Ethara, which also runs Yas Marina Circuit next door. It was known as Yas Bay Arena during construction before Etihad Airways took the naming rights. Since opening it has hosted UFC nights, NBA games and concerts by acts such as Imagine Dragons and Guns N’ Roses, and it even housed a temporary pool for the 2021 FINA World Swimming Championships, so it is well set up for a big production.

By car, take Sheikh Zayed Road from downtown Abu Dhabi and follow the signs to the arena. The nearest bus stop is Al Matar Al Qadeem, about 800 metres away, and most taxi drivers know the venue.
