New Year’s Eve at Address Sky View: Alto 54, Deck Too and Patisserie

About New Year’s Eve at Address Sky View

Address Sky View is one of the tallest hotels in Downtown Dubai, with direct access to Dubai Mall and the metro via an air conditioned walkway, and for New Year’s Eve 2026 it is offering three different ways to welcome 2027 from high above the city. On 31 December 2026, guests can choose between Alto 54, Deck Too and the hotel’s Patisserie, with prices starting at AED 2,600 per person.

The hotel describes the Alto 54 celebration as a chance to welcome 2027 from above the city with spectacular views and an unforgettable countdown experience. Deck Too promises an elevated evening overlooking the Dubai skyline, while the Patisserie offers a more intimate celebration. We like that the line up gives you a choice of atmosphere as well as price, all under one roof in the heart of Downtown.

What to expect

Address Hotels has published the following New Year’s Eve packages, priced per person:

• Alto 54, Regular Table: AED 4,500
• Alto 54, Premium Cabana: AED 6,000
• Deck Too: AED 3,800
• Patisserie: AED 2,600

Alto 54 is the headline experience, with a countdown and views across the city, and the Premium Cabana option gives you a more private space for your group. Deck Too is pitched as an elevated evening with skyline views, and the Patisserie is the quieter, more intimate choice. The organiser has not published start or finish times, menus, beverage inclusions or entertainment details for any of the three venues, so ask the reservations team for the full package information when you book.

Who it is for

Alto 54 and Deck Too will appeal to couples and groups who want a high altitude view of the Downtown skyline as the clock strikes midnight. The Premium Cabana suits small groups celebrating something special. The Patisserie is a good fit for anyone who prefers a calmer, cosier evening, or who wants the convenience of Downtown without the bigger party atmosphere.

How to book

Reservations for all three venues are made through the SevenRooms links on the official Address Sky View festive offer page, or by calling the hotel on +971 4 873 8888. The hotel also lists an email address and a WhatsApp contact for enquiries and group bookings. Address Hotels says reservations are now open and availability is limited.

Tip: Emaar has not yet released its 2026 access and traffic plans. On past New Year’s Eves, roads around Burj Khalifa closed from the afternoon, so give yourself plenty of time and use the walkway from Dubai Mall if you are already in the area.

Tip: If you want the countdown with an outdoor feel, ask specifically about seating at Alto 54 and Deck Too, as the hotel has not published a seating plan.

Our verdict

Address Sky View gives you three distinct ways to see in 2027 from one of Downtown’s most striking towers, with a clear range of prices and a direct link to Dubai Mall. The missing timings and inclusions mean you will need to ask a few questions before booking, but the setting is hard to fault. If you want height, views and a sense of occasion, we think Alto 54 in particular is one to put on your list.
