Boris Grebenshchikov 2026 in Dubai

Boris Grebenshchikov 2026 in Dubai marks the first ever Dubai concert by the founding father of Russian rock, at The Agenda on Thursday 29 October 2026. The founder of the band Aquarium brings his BG+ project to the stage, with doors at 7pm and the show beginning at 8pm.

About Boris Grebenshchikov in Dubai

Boris Grebenshchikov is a revered figure in Russian rock and the founder of Aquarium. Presented by IndependentArt, this concert is described as a dialogue of eras: it weaves together the famous songs that shaped generations of listeners with new tracks from his latest album, “Strange News from a Distant Star”, released in 2026.

This is not the classic Aquarium line-up but its modern incarnation, BG+. The project unites members of Aquarium from different eras with international musicians who have worked with the group in recent years and played on the new recordings.

The organisers pitch it as a concert for people seeking more than entertainment: a sincere evening built on live instrumentation, meaning and the power of words.
