About this event

The Campaign Out of Home Breakfast Briefing brings the region’s outdoor advertising industry together in Dubai on Friday 13 November 2026, at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. Run by Campaign Middle East under the title Out of Home 2027: Value Beyond Visibility, it is a tightly packed morning of keynotes and panels for the people who plan, buy, sell and regulate billboards and digital screens.

Registration and breakfast open at 8am, the talks begin at 9am and the closing remarks are at 11:45am. It is a half-day format, so you can be back at your desk by lunchtime.

What is the Campaign Breakfast Briefing?

Campaign Middle East is the regional edition of the Campaign advertising and marketing title, and its breakfast briefings are short, focused industry mornings on a single subject. The title is published in Dubai by Motivate Media Group, whose events team handles bookings. Out of home has become a regular fixture. The previous edition, Out-of-Home 2026: Built for Impact, took place at the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai on 21 November 2025, with 16 speakers from brands, agencies and media owners including Al-Futtaim Automotive, Arada, talabat, Domino’s Pizza, Omnicom Media Group MENA and Landsec, the UK owner of London’s Piccadilly Lights.

That 2025 session focused on programmatic digital out of home, measurement, data and dynamic creative. The 2026 briefing moves the conversation on: past screens, reach and frequency, towards trust, infrastructure, standards, investment, governance and long-term relevance. Put simply, the shift is from how to buy and target digital screens to whether the whole outdoor ecosystem, from site owners to regulators, can prove and protect its value.

The themes for Out of Home 2027

The agenda is built around a simple question: once a city’s screens are digital and the reach numbers are known, what makes outdoor media worth the investment? Campaign Middle East lists several threads running through the morning.

  • Full-funnel measurement: how brands measure and credit the role of OOH, from first awareness to purchase.
  • Media owner economics: heavy investment in sites and technology, long leases and pressure on rates, and how owners protect premium locations.
  • Public-sector collaboration: road safety, approvals, content compliance, sustainability and what the organisers call urban harmony.
  • Automation: where automated and programmatic buying fits without disrupting the market.

The running order

The morning moves quickly, with sessions of 15 to 30 minutes.

Welcome and keynotes

Nadeem Quraishi, Publishing Director of Campaign Middle East, opens at 9am, followed at 9:05am by chair’s remarks from Anup Oommen, Campaign Middle East’s Editor, who also chaired and moderated the 2025 edition. The first keynote, The city as a connected canvas, is at 9:15am. A second keynote, Build before the brief, follows at 10am.

Four panels

Panel one, Growth by design, starts at 9:30am. After the second keynote come Proof that performs at 10:15am, Premium quality beyond clutter at 10:45am and Automation without disruption at 11:15am. Read together, the titles trace a path from strategy to evidence, then to premium inventory and finally to the role of automation.

Close

Senior Reporter Waad Elmagboul of Campaign Middle East wraps up the morning at 11:45am. Speakers for the keynotes and panels had not been named on the ticket page at the time of writing; last year’s line-up was announced around ten days before the event.

Who should attend

The briefing is pitched at regional brand marketers, media agencies, OOH media owners, data specialists, technology partners, suppliers and public-sector stakeholders. If your work touches outdoor media, whether planning campaigns, selling inventory, managing sites or approving them, the breakfast hour is as useful as the panels for meeting peers. Attendance is limited to those aged 21 and over.

A few terms are worth knowing. Tickets are non-refundable, and lost or stolen tickets are not the organiser’s responsibility. You may be asked for ID or proof of purchase at the door. The session is recorded for promotional use, so you may appear in video. Seating and room layout can change, with notice given for major changes.
