FireLake Deep South Social Brunch 2026 in Dubai

The FireLake Deep South Social Brunch in Dubai brings smoky barbecue, a sharing seafood tower and country-tinged live music to the banks of the Dubai Canal every Saturday. Hosted at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar inside Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront in Business Bay, the FireLake brunch in Dubai now runs through to the end of February 2027, giving you the whole cooler season to book a long, sociable weekend lunch on the terrace.

A Grill House With a Southern Accent

FireLake was built around open-flame cooking. Reviews of the restaurant describe a menu inspired by Midwest American traditions where most dishes are flame-grilled, wood-fired or smoked, from grilled prawns to roast chicken and rib eye. The Deep South Social Brunch takes that same fire-led kitchen and points it towards the cities of the American South, with a Southwestern twist on the buffet and the bar.

The brunch first appeared at FireLake in October 2023 and has since come back in seasonal editions, including a summer version. On Platinumlist it is listed as the Deep South Social Brunch, while the hotel also promotes it simply as Brunch at FireLake Grill House by Radisson Blu. It is the same Saturday afternoon either way.

What’s on the FireLake Brunch Menu

The afternoon unfolds in stages rather than as one big buffet rush. It starts with a selection of hot and cold small plates, a good way to graze and try a little of everything while the table settles in.

Then the grills take over. Live BBQ and wood-fired stations turn out smoky, grilled specialities, the part of the brunch that best reflects FireLake’s identity as a grill house. Seafood lovers have their own centrepiece in the seafood tower, piled with prawns, mussels, oysters and more, and built to be shared across the table.

Drinks run through the whole session. The bar pours Southern-style cocktails alongside classic favourites, with the exact selection depending on your package and the season. Packages are split by age: soft drink options for guests aged 12 and over and alcoholic packages for guests aged 21 and over. On selected packages, an after-brunch add-on extends drinks for a further two hours, without food, once the main brunch ends at 4pm.

Music by the Dubai Canal

Entertainment comes from a DJ and a saxophonist, with country music influences woven through the afternoon. The aim is a lively, social atmosphere where conversation still carries, rather than a club-style party, which suits groups of friends, colleagues and couples who want to linger.

The setting does a lot of the work. FireLake’s terrace looks over the Dubai Water Canal, with the Burj Khalifa in view, and one review notes that the outdoor area can seat up to 400 guests. The brunch season covers the cooler months, when the terrace is at its best, and reviewers also rate the indoor seating if you prefer air-conditioning.

Timings, Tickets and Booking Rules

The brunch runs every Saturday between 12.30pm and 4pm, according to the hotel, with the after-brunch package picking up at 4pm. There is a separate ticket option for children aged 6 to 11, and younger children can attend too, so check the options when booking. Bring ID if you choose an alcoholic package.

Advance booking is recommended. Reservations are non-cancellable and cannot be changed, so confirm your date and package before you pay. The dress code is smart casual. Transport to and from the venue is not included.

Getting to Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront

The hotel sits beside the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. Drivers can follow Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), take Exit 48 towards Al Khaleej Al Tejari 1 Street and continue via Marasi Drive; using GPS for the last stretch helps. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are the easiest option if you plan to take a drinks package.
