Graphos Social Kitchen on Yas Bay

Graphos Social Kitchen is the main all-day dining restaurant at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, a 545-room hotel, including 59 suites, that opened in February 2021 on the Waterfront district of Yas Bay. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Etihad Arena and Pier71, so the restaurant sits in one of the island’s busiest leisure districts. The hotel was developed by Miral as part of its investment in Yas Bay, the waterfront destination that also brought the island new cafés, restaurants and a beach club.

The restaurant built its name on an international buffet with live cooking stations, served alongside an à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That reputation carries weight locally: Graphos was named the best all-day dining spot in a 2023 reader poll by FACT Magazine. It has also hosted special-occasion feasts through the year, from a signature brunch tied to the 50 Best restaurant series to Eid dinners, so a festive buffet is very much its home ground.

The Graphos Christmas Brunch: Seasonal Favourites and Santa

For Christmas Day, the hotel’s festive page promises a celebratory family brunch built around seasonal favourites, with plenty of festive cheer. The live cooking stations that define Graphos day to day mean part of the meal is prepared in front of you, which adds some theatre to a long family lunch.

Santa visits during the brunch, with gifts for young guests, and the pricing is clearly designed with families in mind. Children under six dine free, children aged 6 to 12 have their own reduced rate, and adults choose between three drinks packages: soft beverages, house beverages or a Champagne package. Christmas Week at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

The hotel’s festive calendar is full in the days around Christmas, so the brunch can be one part of a longer celebration. The Christmas Tree Lighting takes place in the hotel lobby on 11 December at 6pm, and the Little Festive Makers gingerbread decorating sessions run at the Kids’ Club on 22, 23 and 24 December, a useful way to keep children busy in the run-up to the big day. Osmo Lounge & Bar serves a Festive Afternoon Tea for two between 1 December 2026 and 7 January 2027.

If Christmas Eve is your main celebration, Graphos Social Kitchen also hosts a Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December between 6.30pm and 10.30pm, with an early bird rate for bookings made between 1 and 10 November. For anyone hosting at home later in the holidays, the hotel’s Turkey Takeaway from Osmo Lounge & Bar has a reduced rate when ordered by 25 November. On New Year’s Eve the celebrations move to the Yas Grand Ballroom for the Celestial Gala Dinner, so it is possible to spend the whole season with the same hotel.

It also suits Yas Island residents, families staying on the island over the holidays, and groups of friends who want a festive lunch with a choice of drinks packages, from soft drinks through to Champagne.
