Getting There & Parking

By car, take Exit 47 from Sheikh Zayed Road towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk. By metro, take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and continue the short distance to City Walk. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are an easy option, as the arena is well known to drivers.

Age & Entry Policy

Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and all guests including children over 12 months need a valid ticket. The Elevate Deck is 21+. Tickets are digital in the Platinumlist app and the QR code appears 48 hours before the event. There is no re-entry once your ticket is validated, smoking, drugs and weapons are prohibited, and camera and recording restrictions may apply.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code, so smart-casual and comfortable shoes work well. Arenas can feel cool with the air conditioning, so a light layer is a good idea.
