Paris Paradis is a dinner show and live cabaret in Dubai, the Dubai offshoot of the historic Paris cabaret Paradis Latin, set inside the Taj Dubai hotel in Business Bay. Over about two and a half hours, guests eat a three-course French-Mediterranean set menu while singers, dancers and aerialists perform a show that mixes classic cabaret and cancan with contemporary dance, acrobatics and storytelling.
The venue opened on 10 January 2026, taking over the space once home to Billionaire, and runs Tuesday to Sunday from 8.30pm until 3am. It is closed on Mondays. On Platinumlist, the dinner show is currently listed as coming soon, with an option to register for alerts when tickets go on sale.
The Paris original: Paradis Latin
Paradis Latin is one of the oldest cabarets in Paris. The theatre first opened in 1803 in the Latin Quarter, and after a fire it was rebuilt by Gustave Eiffel, who worked on it between 1887 and 1889 at the same time as his famous tower. It reopened as Paradis Latin on 20 January 1889, and after decades as a warehouse it returned to life as a cabaret in 1977 at 28 rue du Cardinal Lemoine.
Since 2019 its shows have been created by Kamel Ouali, the French choreographer behind the revue L’Oiseau Paradis. Ouali oversees the productions in Dubai too, so the show here carries the same creative signature rather than being a loose tribute.
What the show includes
The Dubai production is built as an evening of variety rather than a single story. Across the night you can expect:
- Classic cabaret and cancan, the high-kicking Parisian dance most associated with cabarets like Paradis Latin
- Contemporary dance and interactive storytelling that bring the format up to date
- Live singing from the cast
- Aerial acts and acrobatics performed above and around the room
- Costumes by On Aura Tout Vu, the Parisian couture house known for theatrical, sculptural designs
The cancan itself grew out of the dance halls of 1830s Paris and became the signature of the city’s cabarets by the end of the century, so seeing it performed by a company with Paradis Latin roots has a pleasing sense of lineage. Advanced lighting and sound tie it together, and the show runs with short intermissions. Once the performance ends, the room shifts into a late-night DJ and music session, which is why the venue stays open until 3am.
Dinner at Paris Paradis
Dinner is a three-course set menu with French and Mediterranean influences, created by Chef Zouhair. The individual dishes are not published, so treat it as part of the show rather than a menu you choose from. Dietary requirements need to be shared in advance and cannot be guaranteed, so flag any allergies when you book.
The listing does not say whether drinks are included, and any extra spending on the night is outside the experience, so check what your ticket covers once sales open.
Dress code and house rules
Paris Paradis asks for smart elegant dress, which is stricter than the smart casual of most Dubai restaurants. Sportswear, shorts, hoodies, caps, ripped jeans, flat shoes and flip-flops are not allowed, and guests who do not meet the dress code can be refused entry without a refund. Think cocktail dresses and heels, or a sharp jacket and proper shoes.
Other rules worth knowing before you go:
- Bring physical ID. Digital copies are not accepted at the door.
- Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, the booking can be released without a refund or a new date.
- Table location requests are considered but not guaranteed.
- Smoking is permitted throughout the venue after midnight.
- Sales are final and non-refundable, but bookings can be rescheduled to a date up to 90 days after the original visit.
Who it suits
This is a dressed-up, late night out: a birthday, an anniversary, a celebration with friends or a show to impress visiting guests. If you have seen a revue in Paris, it offers a similar evening without the flight, and for anyone who has never been to a Paris cabaret, it is an easy introduction with dinner taken care of. Plan for a late finish, especially if you stay on for the DJ.
