About this event

World Realty Congress 2026 in Dubai returns to Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan in Al Garhoud on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December, with a full conference day followed by the World Realty Congress Awards gala. Billed as Dubai’s biggest gathering of real estate stakeholders, it brings together property developers, brokers, community management leaders, property managers, PropTech companies and other industry professionals, and wraps the main days in a wider week of masterclasses, tours and networking for delegates.

What the congress is

The World Realty Congress was launched by Dubai-based Plan3Media, and its first edition ran over four days in December 2023 at the same hotel, combining four events under one banner: IRECMS, the CAM G10 Summit, the REM TIMES Realty Confex and an awards gala. It has returned each year since, with the 2024 edition again closing with an awards night honouring the sector’s trailblazers. The aim from the start was to create a broad platform for the property sector, including niches such as luxury property, to recognise innovators and to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration, with the stated ambition of helping real estate lift its contribution to Dubai’s economy above 10 per cent. Recent editions have been run by Eventyst Global, part of the Plan3 Media group.

The awards have grown alongside the conference. The 2025 edition drew more than 260 submissions from over 90 organisations, judged by 40 international jury members over some 400 hours of assessment, and the week-long programme ended with the awards at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, the same venue as this year. Categories ranged from Best Happiest Residential Community and Customer Experience Initiative of the Year to Facilities Management Company of the Year and Best Upcoming Developer of the Year. That focus on community management and property services, not just developers and sales, is what sets the event apart.

The programme, day by day

7 and 8 December: tours for international delegates

Delegates on the International Delegate Pass start the week with guided community tours and a desert safari, a practical way for overseas visitors to see Dubai’s residential communities first-hand before the sessions begin.

9 December: networking and masterclasses

The day before the main conference brings a networking lounge and access to the CAM G10 Summit, alongside at least three masterclasses with international trainers. CAM stands for community association management, the field of running and maintaining residential communities.

10 December: conference day

The main day runs from 8am to 6pm. The organisers promise more than 20 panels, keynotes and breakout sessions with over 35 global industry speakers, plus exhibitor booths, photo booths, live performances, networking lunches and coffee breaks, finishing with a closing ceremony. Speaker names have not been published on the ticket page yet.

11 December: World Realty Congress Awards

The gala runs from 6:30pm to 10:30pm and is described as an evening of beverages, dinner and entertainment, with the awards presented across the sector’s categories.

Choosing a pass

There are three ways in, and they cover different parts of the week:

  • International Delegate Pass: the complete package, including the tours and desert safari on 7 and 8 December, the networking lounge, CAM G10 Summit and masterclasses on 9 December, the conference on 10 December and the gala on 11 December.
  • WRC Conference Pass: the 10 December conference with priority reservation access to the masterclasses. It does not include the tours, the networking lounge or the gala.
  • World Realty Congress Awards: entry to the gala evening on 11 December only.

If your main aim is learning and meeting people during the day, the conference pass is the focused option. If you want the awards night and the relationship-building that comes with it, check that your pass includes 11 December.

Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan

The hotel is on Casablanca Street in Al Garhoud, close to Dubai International Airport, which helps international delegates. By car, take Sheikh Rashid Road and use GPS for the final approach. By Metro, ride the Red Line to BurJuman, change to the Green Line and get off at Al Jadaf, then walk to the hotel. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are an easy alternative from anywhere in the city. Note that one image on the ticket listing still carries the name of another Dubai venue, but the page itself lists Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan throughout.

Who should attend

The congress is built for people working in the property sector: developers, brokers, community and property managers, facilities management firms and PropTech founders. Investors, consultants and service providers who work with the industry will also find it useful, especially around the networking lunches and the gala. The ticket page does not list a dress code or age policy.
