A guide to Nas House in Dubai
What Nas House is
Nas House is Nas Company’s community space in Al Barsha, Dubai, built by the creator Nuseir Yassin, better known online as Nas Daily. Rather than a single coworking floor or a standard hotel, it brings stays, work and events together in one compound so that the people passing through are likely to meet each other. Its own tagline calls it a place “where ambitious people gather”.
The spaces
According to Nas House, the compound has six private villas that each sleep up to 10 guests and come with their own pool, alongside hotel rooms for shorter stays. At its centre is a garden that holds up to 150 guests standing or 60 seated, which is where many of the workshops, launches and networking nights happen. For day-to-day work there are coworking spaces and a content-creation studio, and for downtime there is a community gym, yoga and an ice bath. Tubefilter reported the first site also includes a filming studio aimed squarely at creators.
Membership and day passes
Nas House lists a monthly membership at AED 1,200 and a day pass at AED 99 that is open to non-members, so you do not have to commit to a membership to try it. Tubefilter also described a founding-member tier in which a limited group pays a yearly fee and shares in the house’s profit, attends board meetings and gets permanent stay discounts. Prices and tiers can change, so check nashouse.com before you plan a visit.
Events and networking
The garden and indoor spaces host a steady run of workshops, networking nights, product launches, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Networking evenings here tend to draw founders, freelancers and creators, which makes it a useful stop if you are building something or are new to Dubai and want to meet people. The upcoming dates listed above are pulled in automatically, so this page stays current as new events are added.
How to visit
Nas House is in the Opera Villa Compound in Al Barsha First, which is central and easy to reach from most of Dubai. The simplest first visit is a day pass, which lets you use the coworking areas and feel out the community before deciding on membership. If you are coming for a specific event, book through the event listing; if you want to work, stay or host something, the team can be reached at hello@nashouse.com or through nashouse.com.
