About this event

Illusion Show Beyond Limits by Sergey Vorontsov is wrapping up its weekend run in Dubai, with the final shows on 23 and 24 October 2026 at the Theatre of Digital Art (ToDA) in Madinat Jumeirah. Expect vanishings, teleportations and lightning-fast transformations right in front of you, plus a few secrets shared with the audience along the way.

About Illusion Show Beyond Limits in Dubai

Beyond Limits is an interactive illusion show led by Merlin Award-winning illusionist Sergey Vorontsov. He shares the stage with a team of eight performers, and the whole production is staged by director Anton Chelnokov.

The idea is simple and rather charming. Instead of keeping every trick locked away, the cast lets some spectators in on the secrets behind several illusions. A few guests are also invited to step in and take part, so it never feels like a show you just sit and watch.

The performance lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and is pitched as a safe, family-friendly outing for ages 6 and up. If you enjoy this kind of evening, browse more magic and illusion events in the UAE.

What to Expect

Grand Illusions

The backbone of the show is the big visual stuff: people and objects disappearing, reappearing somewhere else and changing in a blink. The pace is brisk, so there is very little time to work out how one illusion was done before the next one starts.

Secrets Shared With the Audience

This is the part kids tend to talk about on the way home. During the show, some spectators learn how several tricks work, which turns a normal magic night into something closer to a lesson with a wink.

Audience Participation

Some guests are invited to join the performers. If your child loves to volunteer, sit them where they can be seen and let them keep a hand ready.

Music, Costumes and 360-Degree Projection

ToDA’s 360-degree multimedia projection wraps the room in the action, while music, costumes and effects add colour to every routine. It feels less like a stage far away and more like being inside the show.

The Venue: Theatre of Digital Art (ToDA), Madinat Jumeirah

ToDA sits inside the Madinat Jumeirah resort and is known for shows that use projection on the walls and floor. That setting suits an illusion show nicely, because the visuals become part of each trick rather than just a backdrop.

Madinat Jumeirah also makes it easy to turn the show into a longer outing. The waterways and Souk Madinat Jumeirah are right there, so you can wander, grab a bite and still be on time for your session.

The room keeps you fairly close to the performers, which helps with the interactive moments and means even younger children can follow what is happening.

Visitor Tips

Getting There and Parking

By car, take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), exit at interchange 5, join Umm Suqeim Road (D63) and follow the signs for Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Parking is near the souk. By metro, ride to Mall of the Emirates station and take a taxi or ride-hailing car for the last stretch. Taxis can reach Madinat Jumeirah easily from anywhere in Dubai.

Age and Entry Policy

The show is for ages 6 and up, and attendees under 6 are not permitted. Keep this in mind before you book for the whole family.

What to Bring

Have your ticket ready on your phone. A curious mind helps too, especially if you want to spot the secrets before they are revealed.

Dress Code

No dress code is listed. Comfortable smart casual clothes are a sensible choice for an evening at Madinat Jumeirah.

Arrive Early

Doors open 30 minutes before each show. Getting there at door time gives you a calm start, time to find your seats and a chance to settle the children before the lights go down.
