Arabian Soul Fest is a new two-day wellness and conscious music festival at Zabeel Park in Dubai, running from 12pm to 10pm on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026. Organised by Marquee Global Events Co., it bills itself as Dubai’s largest wellness and conscious music festival, with 10 themed zones, more than 50 experts, practitioners and creators, and over 100 curated experiences.
This is the festival’s first edition in Dubai, and the idea is simple: a weekend to move, recover, create and connect, whether you are deep into your wellness routine or just curious.
The ten zones
The festival is built around distinct zones, each with its own focus. Here is what the organisers have announced.
Move and recover
- Pulse Studio: movement sessions, guided breathwork and stretching.
- The Recovery Bar: reflexology and restorative practices.
- Biofuel Lab: biohacking, red-light therapy and recovery technology.
Slow down and create
- Unplug Lounge: board games, reading and quiet art corners, a deliberate break from screens.
- Echoes of Expression: drum circles, open movement and guided calm-mind sessions.
- Earthen Barn: hands-on pottery and ceramic workshops.
- Kids Creative: doodle walls, nature painting, clay and hands-on play for younger visitors.
Shop, eat and listen
- The Souk: organic and homegrown brands and conscious-lifestyle goods.
- Soulful Bites: food ranging from wholesome options to comfort classics.
- The Conscious Collective: speakers by day and live conscious music sets by night.
The day-to-night shape is worth noting. With gates open from midday to 10pm, the afternoons lean towards workshops, movement and talks, while the evenings at The Conscious Collective turn towards music. Speakers and musicians have not been named yet.
Choosing a pass
Both pass types come as a single-day ticket or a two-day Festival ticket.
- General Entry covers seven zones: The Recovery Bar, Unplug Lounge, Biofuel Lab, The Souk, Kids Creative, Soulful Bites and The Conscious Collective.
- Gold Entry opens all 10 zones, adding Pulse Studio, Echoes of Expression and Earthen Barn, plus the Unplug Lounge Art Zone and face painting.
Select workshops and experiences are paid add-ons on either pass. All workshop seats are limited and allocated first come, first served, so if pottery or a particular movement session is the reason you are going, get there early.
The setting: Zabeel Park
Zabeel Park is one of Dubai’s biggest city parks, covering about 47.5 hectares between Karama and the Dubai World Trade Centre. Opened in 2005, it is home to the Dubai Frame, a boating lake, a 2.5km jogging track, play areas and an amphitheatre. Its lawns and wide paths give the festival plenty of room to spread its ten zones. The park also has its own technology-themed areas, the Alternative Energy, Communications and Techno zones, while the Dubai Frame stands 150 metres tall and is worth adding to the day if you have visitors in town.
One day or two?
With more than 100 experiences across ten zones and limited workshop places, it is hard to do everything in a single ten-hour day. A one-day pass works well if you have a clear plan, for example an afternoon of breathwork and recovery followed by the evening music. The two-day Festival ticket makes more sense if you want to try several paid workshops, give children time in Kids Creative and still catch the talks at The Conscious Collective. Choosing Gold over General matters most if movement and making things are your priority, since Pulse Studio, Echoes of Expression and Earthen Barn are Gold-only.
Who it suits
Arabian Soul Fest is aimed at individuals, families and children. It suits regular gym-goers and yoga fans who want to try recovery tech or breathwork, creative types drawn to pottery and drum circles, and anyone who simply fancies an unhurried weekend outside. Families get a dedicated Kids Creative zone, and children under 15 do not need a ticket. Under-18s must be with an adult, and some sessions carry their own age guidance, shown at the session.
