About this event

The Eclipse Wellbeing Hub and School Membership in Dubai gives you a month of unlimited regular group classes at Eclipse’s studio on the Waterfront Level of Marina Quays West Tower, on Dubai Marina Walk. It covers yoga, meditation, strength training, sound healing and fitness sessions, so you can build a proper routine rather than dropping in for a single class.

The month starts on your first visit, not the day you buy it: the membership is valid for 30 days from that first class, which makes it easy to time around travel or a busy work week.

About Eclipse Wellbeing Hub and School

Eclipse opened in Dubai in 2021 and describes its approach as structured body-mind education grounded in clear principles. The aim is a disciplined daily practice that improves physical function, mental clarity and quality of life, rather than one-off workouts.

As well as a studio, it is a school. Eclipse runs teacher trainings and RYS master courses, including a 50-hour Meditation and Pranayama Master Course, and says it is accredited by Yoga Alliance and REPs UAE. Across its programme, the studio works with yoga, strength training, Pilates, barre, mobility, alignment, meditation and breathwork.

What the membership includes

  • Unlimited entry to regular in-studio group classes, across yoga, meditation and fitness.
  • Use of studio props and mats, subject to availability.
  • Entry to community events or open mat sessions, when they are running.

What is not included

  • Specialty workshops, master courses and retreats.
  • Private sessions and therapy appointments.
  • Livestream or on-demand classes, unless stated.
  • Guest passes.
  • Special events, such as dance classes and full moon sound meditations.

In other words, the membership is designed for the core weekly timetable. If you want to go deeper with a teacher training or a master course, those are booked separately.

How a month at Eclipse works

The studio is open Monday to Thursday from 7am to 9pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 8pm, which leaves room for early sessions before work and evening classes after it. Friday hours are not listed, so check the live timetable.

A few studio habits help you get the most from it:

  • Book every class in advance to secure your spot, even with an unlimited membership.
  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and settle before the class starts.
  • Bring your own mat or props if you prefer, as the studio’s supply is limited.
  • Follow class etiquette and studio guidelines, especially in meditation and sound healing sessions.

With 30 days of access, a simple plan is to mix two or three strength or fitness sessions each week with yoga and at least one meditation or sound healing class. That gives you a feel for how the different disciplines support each other, which is the thinking behind Eclipse’s body-mind approach.

New to some of the disciplines?

If you have never tried meditation or sound healing, a month is a sensible length of time to find out whether they work for you. Sound healing classes generally involve lying or sitting comfortably while instruments such as singing bowls or gongs are played, and pranayama, which Eclipse teaches in depth on its master course, is the yogic practice of controlled breathing. Mixing these with strength and mobility work is exactly what the timetable allows.

Who it suits

The membership is for adults aged 16 and over. It suits Dubai Marina, JBR and JLT residents who want a regular class routine close to home, people returning to exercise who want variety without committing to a full year, and anyone curious about meditation or sound healing alongside more physical training. It also works well as a trial month for those considering one of Eclipse’s teacher trainings later on.

The cooler months are a good time to start, when a walk along the Marina before or after class is pleasant rather than punishing.

Booking terms

Once bought, the membership cannot be cancelled or modified, so check your plans before you commit. Remember that the 30 days only begin on your first visit, so there is no need to rush in on the day of purchase.
