Adriatique Present X 2026 in Dubai brings the Swiss duo’s audiovisual show back to Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience on Saturday 14 November, the third time X has landed at the open-air venue. The 2024 and 2025 editions both sold out, and this year Adriatique promise a fresh, bespoke version built around the harbour setting, with the Dubai skyline as part of the stage. Doors open at 8pm and the night is strictly 21+.
Adriatique X in Dubai: who are Adriatique?
Adriatique are Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer, two producers from Zürich who met around 2008 and have made music together under the Adriatique name since 2009. Their sound sits in melodic techno: long, emotional builds, rich synth lines and a sense of drama that suits big outdoor stages.
Their debut album Nude came out in 2018 on Afterlife, the label behind much of the melodic techno movement, and in 2016 they launched their own label, Siamese. In 2023 they released Miracle with WhoMadeWho, the track highlighted on the event listing and one of their best-known records. The same year they played for Cercle at the Temple of Hatshepsut in Luxor, Egypt, a set that produced Beyond Us (Hatshepsut Version) with Eynka. They are regulars at Tomorrowland in Belgium and Brazil, and have played Awakenings and Time Warp.
What is X?
X is Adriatique’s own event concept, launched in December 2022. The organisers describe it as more than a showcase: an immersive journey where stage design, digital art and the duo’s sound are fused into one performance, blurring the line between reality and imagination. Since its launch, X has travelled to Ibiza, Beirut, São Paulo, Amsterdam, New York and the duo’s home city of Zürich, and it has become one of the most in-demand shows on the global electronic circuit. In Dubai, it now returns for a third consecutive year.
The idea is that the show reacts to where it is staged. For Dubai, the sprawling sets are designed to interact with Dubai Harbour and the audience, so the location, the technology and the music each play a role in what the organisers call cinematic techno storytelling. If you have seen X online, expect the same approach, but with a production made specifically for this edition.
The venue: Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience
Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience brought the famous Ibiza club brand to the UAE when it opened on 26 October 2024, with Calvin Harris headlining the first night. Created by The Night League with Studio A by Addmind Hospitality, it is an open-air venue at Dubai Harbour with views back across the water to the city’s skyline, and it runs as a winter season after the Ibiza summer ends. This November marks the start of its third season, and X is one of the shows that has returned each year.
The venue is listed as accessible to People of Determination. General admission tickets and VIP tables are both on sale, so groups can choose between the main floor and a reserved table.
Getting there
- By car: follow Financial Center Road to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, turn right and follow the Dubai Harbour signs to the parking area.
- By Metro: the nearest station is Nakheel Harbour and Tower on the Red Line, about 5km from Dubai Harbour, so you will need a taxi for the last stretch.
- By taxi: most drivers know Dubai Harbour, which makes this the simplest option for a late finish.
House rules worth knowing
Entry is strictly for guests aged 21 and over, and you must bring your original Emirates ID or original passport; copies are not accepted. There is no re-entry once you leave, so arrive ready to stay.
The dress code is casual, but the listing states that flip-flops and local attire are not allowed. If that affects anyone in your group, contact the venue directly before you book.
Photography and videography are not allowed, which fits a show built around the experience in the room rather than on a screen. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, nor is anything that could cause injury or a public nuisance. Smoking is allowed at the venue.
Who it suits
This is a night for melodic techno fans, for people who have followed Adriatique through Afterlife, Cercle or Tomorrowland, and for anyone who wants to see a show where production and visuals matter as much as the music. If you caught one of the sold-out Dubai editions in 2024 or 2025, the bespoke production means this one will not be a repeat.
No support acts have been announced, and set times have not been published; the night starts at 8pm and runs into the early hours. For more big nights out, see our Dubai nightlife guide, browse concerts in Dubai, or check things to do in November.
