What membership with Women Who Thrive looks like
Eight pillars, one membership
Women Who Thrive is built around a monthly rhythm rather than one-off events. Members pay AED 325 a month for access to all eight curated monthly events, and there is no requirement to attend every one: you choose the pillars that suit your life. The programme covers fitness with Women Who Train (from boxing to hiking, small classes and bigger wellness events), money with Women Who Invest, creativity with Women Who Create, self-care with Women Who Pamper, conversation with Women Who Chat, purpose-driven networking with Women Who Connect and career growth with Women Who Succeed, with nutrition woven through the programme.
The Thrivers app
Between events, members stay in touch through the Thrivers app on the App Store. It gives round-the-clock access to the community, shows upcoming experiences and includes offers from brand partners such as Areej, Squatwolf, Charlotte Tilbury, Lush and L’Occitane.
The Women Who Thrive Awards Gala
The flagship event of the year is the Women Who Thrive Awards Gala, held around International Women’s Day. It celebrates women across several award categories and also recognises male allies who support women’s progress.
Recognition
Founded by Sue and Achasah and running for around five years, the community has been featured by Time Out Dubai and Savoir Flair, and won a place on the Ahlan Hot 100 in 2026. It describes itself as women-led and community-first, rather than influencer-led.
Who it suits
- Women who want a ready-made social calendar instead of planning everything alone
- Newcomers to Dubai looking for real friendships, not just contacts
- Women who want to look after their health, money and career in one place
- Professionals who prefer smaller, curated experiences to big networking events
How to join
Sign up on the Women Who Thrive website and download the Thrivers app to see dates and book your place. Brands interested in working with the community can contact the partnerships team through the website. If you would like to try a women’s event before committing to a membership, browse the other women-only events above and on our organisers page.
