Radisson RED Halloween Weekend 2026 in Dubai

Radisson RED Halloween Weekend brings two days of costumes and trick-or-treating to Radisson RED Hotel Dubai Silicon Oasis, with a different crowd in mind for each session. Friday evening is built around pets and their owners, Saturday afternoon is for families with children, and on Saturday night the hotel’s rooftop turns into an adults-only Halloween party.

Rather than one big event trying to please everyone, the hotel has split the weekend into three separate experiences.

Three ways to do Halloween at Radisson RED

The weekend runs across two spaces in the same hotel. The two daytime and early evening sessions take place at OUIBar + Garden, the hotel’s garden bar, while the late Saturday party moves up to REDROOF, the rooftop. Tickets are sold per day and per experience, and what each ticket includes depends on which session and ticket type you choose, so it pays to read the inclusions carefully before booking.

Costumes are encouraged at every session, for people and pets alike, but nobody will be turned away for turning up in everyday clothes.

Friday: Paws & Potions

Paws & Potions opens the weekend at 5pm on Friday 30 October in OUIBar + Garden. This is the pet-friendly session, with Halloween activities, games, photo moments and treats for animals and the people who bring them. The highlight is the Best Dressed Pet Competition, so if your dog has been waiting all year for its costume moment, this is the night.

Children are welcome too. Kids can join in with trick-or-treat, and their ticket includes a kids’ meal. Adult tickets come with food and drink credit that is fully redeemable on food and drink.

Saturday afternoon: Family Fun Fest

Family Fun Fest takes over the same garden from 2pm on Saturday 31 October. It is aimed squarely at children, with trick-or-treat, kids’ activities, spooky entertainment, costume and photo moments and family-friendly food. Pets are not part of this session, so the focus stays on the children.

The ticket structure mirrors Friday’s: kids’ tickets include a kids’ meal and trick-or-treat, adult tickets carry redeemable food and drink credit, and there is a family package for two adults and two children that bundles the adult credit, two kids’ meals and trick-or-treat for both children.

Saturday night: Redroof Halloween Soirée

Once the children have had their fun, the grown-ups head upstairs. The Redroof Halloween Soirée is a rooftop party at REDROOF with DJ music, drinks and plenty of costumes. Drinks are part of the experience, though exactly what is covered depends on your ticket. This session is strictly for guests aged 21 and over.

Bringing your pet to Paws & Potions

Friday’s session has clear rules, and the organiser and venue can refuse any pet that does not meet them, so it is worth checking before you set off:

• Small dogs only: dogs must weigh 10kg or less.
• On a lead: dogs stay on a leash and under their owner’s supervision throughout.
• Cats in carriers: cats are welcome but must be kept in a pet carrier.
• Entry: pets come in alongside their owner’s adult ticket for Paws & Potions only.
• Bring the essentials: pet food, accessories and transport are not included, so pack your pet’s own treats, water bowl and anything else it needs.

Ages and tickets

The weekend uses its own age bands. Kids’ tickets cover children aged 5 to 11, and anyone aged 12 and above needs an adult ticket. That matters for families with a teenager in tow, who will be on an adult ticket with the food and drink credit rather than a kids’ meal. The rooftop party has its own, stricter rule of 21+.

Bookings are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or changed once booked, so decide on your day and session before you pay. Entry is also subject to the venue’s capacity limit, and guests are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions.

Some things sit outside every ticket: food and drinks beyond what the ticket or credit covers, extra drinks above the inclusions, personal spending and any activity not listed in the inclusions.

Who it suits

• Small dog owners who want a Halloween outing where the pet is the guest of honour, with a costume contest to aim for.
• Families with primary-age children who would rather do trick-or-treat in a contained garden setting with a meal included than go door to door.
