BREDx brings a two-day street culture festival to Etihad Live on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November 2026, with Bryson Tiller and Central Cee headlining the Saturday main stage. Presented by BRED Abu Dhabi, the region’s self-styled neo-culture festival, it mixes music with fashion, art, food and sport across two very different days.
The producers describe BREDx as a one-off special edition. The full BRED Abu Dhabi festival returns in April 2027, so this November weekend is a stand-alone chance to get a taste of the format.
What is BRED Abu Dhabi?
BRED launched in Abu Dhabi in 2023 as a homegrown platform where hip-hop, R&B and regional music sit alongside streetwear, art, food and sport. Its first edition brought names such as Big Sean, 6LACK and Giggs to the capital, and the festival has built its identity on putting local creatives and international stars on the same site. BREDx keeps that approach, packed into a single weekend.
Day one: Friday 13 November
Friday is the scene-setter. Doors open at 5pm and the night runs until 3am. The day opens with a photo exhibition and book launch: Forward, Forward, Forward, a photography project with Middle East Archive featuring contributors Yasmina Hilal, Taqwa Bint Ali, Ali Al Shehabi and Omar Al Mahri. According to FACT Magazine, the book is available only at BREDx.
The opening party then takes over the Amp Stage with two big regional names: Syrian rapper and producer Bu Kolthoum, and Jordanian-Palestinian singer Zaid Khaled. International DJs are also on the Friday bill, though their names have not been announced. Note that, according to coverage of the ticket options, the Friday Pass covers the regional performances, the opening party and the wider festival programme, but not the Saturday headliners.
Day two: Saturday 14 November
Bryson Tiller and Central Cee
Saturday is the main event. American R&B singer Bryson Tiller broke through with his 2015 debut album Trapsoul and its hit Don’t, and he is known for a moody, late-night sound that blends R&B with trap. He was also announced for BRED’s Arena programme earlier in 2026, so this is a return to the festival family.
Sharing the headline billing is Central Cee, the London rapper behind tracks such as Doja, Sprinter with Dave and Band4Band with Lil Baby. He is one of the biggest names UK rap has produced, and his combination of drill roots and global crossover appeal makes him a natural fit for a crowd that grew up on both. Access to the Bryson Tiller and Central Cee main-stage show is through the Golden Circle ticket.
Nasser on the Amp Stage
Over on the Amp Stage, Egyptian pop artist Nasser gives Saturday a regional counterpoint, so the night moves between international R&B and rap and Arabic pop.
Beyond the stages
The non-music programme is what makes BREDx feel like more than a concert. A BREDx Concept Store gathers more than 30 local and regional brands, each producing a festival-exclusive item. Food partners reported by Absolute Geeks include Marmellata’s Slice Shop, Barbassi, Barjis with its first pop-up in the capital, Fowli and Ugly Noodles. The Red Bull Half Court 3on3 national streetball finals also take place on site.
Who it suits and entry rules
BREDx is built for fans of hip-hop, R&B and Arabic pop, and for anyone into streetwear, photography and youth culture. The age rule is strict: 14 and over only, and under-14s are not admitted even with an adult. Guests aged 14 to 16 must be with an adult aged 18 or over, at a ratio of one adult to up to four minors. Some areas are 21 and over, with age checks inside.
ID must be an original Emirates ID or passport, or verification through the UAE ICP app; foreign driving licences, including UK and US licences, are not accepted. The site is cashless, there is no re-entry once you leave, and there is no storage, so bags must be no larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm. Outside food and drink are not allowed, and the banned list includes glass, selfie sticks, professional cameras, drones, flags and banners, laptops and tablets, scooters and strollers. Tickets are non-refundable and lost wristbands are not replaced. People of Determination card holders get limited daily access tickets on a first come, first served basis with the original card.
Getting to Etihad Live

Buses 102 and 216 stop at Yas Street / Yas Marina Circuit North, about an 18-minute walk away. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are the easiest option for a 3am finish.
