Where to see in 2027 with a Burj Khalifa view
The Burj Khalifa fireworks at midnight are the most famous New Year’s Eve show in the UAE. We list 10 events with a view of the tower for 2026, from AED 150. The most events are in Downtown Dubai (8), Dubai Harbour (1) and Business Bay (1).
Downtown Dubai: closest to the show

That is why they sell out first and cost the most.
Further away, still with the view
New Year Yacht Party by Amwaj Yachts, Dubai Harbour (From AED 2,500) and Cavo New Year’s Eve Countdown 2026 in Dubai (From AED 150) look at the Burj Khalifa from a little further away, usually for less money and with easier roads home.
Burj Khalifa view tips
- A view is not guaranteed at every table: ask whether your seat faces the tower.
- Roads around Downtown Dubai close from the early evening, so arrive early and expect to walk.
- The Metro usually runs late on New Year’s Eve, but stations near the Burj Khalifa get very crowded. Check RTA announcements closer to the date.
- The public viewing areas around Downtown are free but fill up many hours before midnight.
